Women are the easy victim of obesity. They should focus much of their attention on their bodies. First of all they should love their bodies, and care should be given to various parts of their body.

We cannot just say  “The way I look is what I am” and ignore what others say or feel about our appearance. More than half of our body features can be perfected to be the part of an ideal body. Over ninety percent of the body features could be at least improved. Therefore we need not feel low and rejected. Usually what happens is we give up even without a try. Rather than being lazy and feel rejected is better to give a try and be satisfied with the outcome.

One advantage of an improved self image is that the personality and behaviour too changes with the “improvement of the body” features. We should note that it is not an “ideal body” but an “improved body” about which we talk here, because it is very rare to find a “real Perfect Ideal Body”, but anybody can “improve” their bodies. Sure, the improved look will help us to be free from the stress and shame.

Some hate their bodies. They do not pay attention to their bodies. They isolate themselves from their own bodies. They do not accept that they are same of the two. Just depersonalization will not do. They should strive hard to lose their weight and improve other body features and prove themselves that they can DO it. It is useless just worrying about being fat. What is “a body image” in fact? It is a concept of one’s body structure and the functions and actions which result through the awareness of his or her own body. That means what we think of ourselves and the actions resulted from the thought. Here, the thought means the ego, perceptions, feelings or awareness in relation to the body. Our actions and attitudes play a major part in our personality. Therefore it is clear how much our body image contribute or how we present ourselves to the society.
